If you're having trouble accessing your account, this guide covers the most common scenarios and how to resolve them.
1. Sign-in link has expired
The sign-in link sent to your email is single-use and time-limited. Once you've clicked it and signed in, the same link cannot be reused.
What to do:
If you have already set a password: Simply go to the login page and enter your email and password.
If you don't remember your password: Click "Forgot password" on the login page. We'll send a fresh reset link to your email.
2. "Invalid credentials" or "wrong password"
This means the email/password combination doesn't match our records.
What to do:
Double-check that you're using the email you originally signed up with.
Verify Caps Lock is off and there are no trailing spaces in the input fields.
If you're certain the password is incorrect, use "Forgot password" to set a new one.
3. My session expired (Passkey users)
Passkeys saved by your browser or password manager don't expire—but your active session does for security reasons. When this happens, your stored credentials are still correct; you just need to sign in again.
What to do:
Go to the login page.
Your browser/password manager should auto-fill your credentials.
Click Sign in.
Note: If your session keeps expiring quickly, try clearing browser cookies for our domain, disabling interfering extensions, or updating your browser to the latest version.
4. I never set a password
If you've only ever signed in with email links and never created a password, you can set one now:
Click "Forgot password" on the login page.
Enter your email address.
Open the reset email and follow the link.
Choose a strong password.
Use that password to sign in going forward.
