Verifya runs on a subscription, and we only charge the plan you chose and agreed to — automatically, on each renewal date, for the amount you approved.
If a charge looks unfamiliar:
- Contact us first. Email info@verifya.io with your account email, the charge date and amount, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll review it against our records and start a refund or cancellation if it's warranted — usually faster than a bank dispute.
- If you'd also like to stop future charges right away, cancel at https://verifya.io/cancellation.
Reaching out to us first gets your issue resolved directly, without the delay of a formal chargeback.
