Two ways:
- Self-service: from your account settings, where available.
- Support: if you no longer have access to the old email (e.g. the mailbox is closed), email info@verifya.io and we'll verify your identity and switch it for you. Include: your old email, the new email, your most recent purchase date, and proof of payment if possible.
Your account email is shown on your My Profile page when you're signed in.
