Once a refund is approved and processed, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement — the exact timing depends on your bank.
After a refund leaves our system we can't track it further on the bank's side. If it's been longer than 10 business days, contact your bank's support team, who can locate the pending credit. If you need confirmation that we issued the refund, email info@verifya.io.
