How to request a refund

For purchases made on our website, our support team reviews each refund request directly.

1. Email info@verifya.io with the subject "Refund Request."
2. Include: your account email, the purchase date, the payment method used, and the reason for the request.
3. We'll respond within 1–3 business days.

If your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank), and your subscription is cancelled.
