We want you to be happy with Verifya. Here's how refunds work.
Free trial. If you cancel during your trial, you won't be charged the recurring price. If you cancelled in time but were still charged, contact us — once we verify your cancellation request was received on time, we'll refund you.
Web (Stripe) purchases. Refund requests for charges made on our website are reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis. To request one, see How to request a refund (web). We respond within 1–3 business days; if approved, the refund goes back to your card in 5–10 business days and your subscription is cancelled.
Not eligible for refund:
- Promotional or gift credits.
- Accounts that have already received multiple refunds.
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions — cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns a past charge. For full terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
