If your card was declined at checkout or renewal, it's usually a quick fix on your bank's side. Common reasons:
- Insufficient funds or a low limit on the card.
- 3-D Secure / verification not completed — some banks require extra confirmation for online payments.
- International payments blocked — our payment processor may route the charge internationally; make sure international use is enabled.
- Bank fraud protection flagged it as unusual — a quick call to your bank to approve the charge usually resolves it.
- Expired card — check the expiry date.
What to try:
- Confirm the card is active and not expired.
- Call your bank and ask them to approve the Verifya charge.
- Try a different card or payment method.
