Verifya is a subscription service, and charges only happen on the plan you selected and agreed to at sign-up.
- To create an account you choose a plan and a payment method and agree to our Terms — the plan and price are shown on screen before you confirm, and you can't proceed without selecting one.
- We send a welcome email with the full subscription details and a link to manage or cancel it.
- Your plan auto-renews after the trial unless you cancel during the trial.
If a charge still looks unfamiliar, please contact us at info@verifya.io before disputing it with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. See also Suspicious or unauthorized transaction.
