If you see more than one Verifya charge, here's how to sort it out quickly.
Possible causes:
- Two subscriptions were started (e.g. signing up twice with different emails).
- A pending authorization hold from your bank that looks like a second charge but later drops off.
- A duplicate posted by the bank in error.
What to do:
- Note the dates and amounts of the charges from your statement.
- Check whether you have more than one active subscription (look for more than one welcome email).
- If you find a duplicate subscription, cancel the extra one at https://verifya.io/cancellation.
- Email info@verifya.io with your account email, the charge dates/amounts, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll investigate and make it right.
