Suspicious or unauthorized transaction — what to do

If you see a Verifya charge you don't recognize at all:

1. Contact us first. Email info@verifya.io with your account email, the charge date and amount, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll review the transaction and start a refund or cancellation if it's warranted — this is usually faster than a bank chargeback.
2. We'll verify the charge against our records and your subscription.
3. If it turns out to be unauthorized, we'll resolve it and help secure your account.
